I promised I would post this link, so here it is:

I never knew there were so many ways to lace up before! Trying different ways can really make a difference in the way your foot feels in your skates. I use the lock lacing technique and I feel like it keeps my skates on my feet better.

This is really usefull. I had some serious foot cramping that took me off my skates for a week before I learned how to tie my shoes!

My favorite is the "Bow tie lacing," because it created a "comfort zone" around the middle of my foot where there was too much pressure.

Thanks for the link and suggestions ladies. I am going to try Allison's way and see if that helps me out. The last 2 workshops the middle of my right foot felt like I was bruising it and ached horribly. I kept re-adjusting how tight or loose my laces were on my foot and it just didn't cut it. Take care and see you on Thursday!
